Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 13, 2026
AdGentz ("we," "us," or "our") operates the adgentz.com website and the AdGentz Google Ads management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
When you use AdGentz, we may collect the following information:
- Your name and email address when you sign up
- Google Ads account data accessed via the Google Ads API, including campaign performance metrics, search term reports, ad copy, keyword data, and landing page information
- Usage data such as how you interact with our dashboard and reports
- Billing information processed through our third-party payment provider
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Monitor and optimize your Google Ads campaigns
- Generate daily performance reports and optimization recommendations
- Detect wasted ad spend and suggest negative keywords
- Monitor landing page health and policy compliance
- Provide AI-powered ad copy improvement suggestions
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
3. Google Ads Data
You grant us access to your Google Ads data through Google's official OAuth consent screen. We request read-only access only — we never see or store your Google password, and we never make changes to your account. Important details about how we handle this data:
- We request read-only access and only the minimum data necessary to produce your report — primarily your search-term report and related campaign performance metrics
- We have no write access and perform no write operations; we cannot and do not modify your campaigns, keywords, budgets, or ads
- Your Google Ads data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party
- Free scan: your report is generated in memory and shown directly to you. We do not store your search terms or campaign contents from a free scan — we keep only a brief summary (your account ID and name, plus aggregate totals such as the wasted-spend figure) so we can follow up. The authorization used to pull your report is used once and then discarded — it is never written to disk
- Ongoing service (subscribers): if you subscribe, your campaign data is stored in isolated, per-client datasets in Google BigQuery so we can monitor your account over time. No client can access another client's data
- You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
4. Data Storage & Security
Free scan reports are processed in memory, and the report contents (your search terms and campaign data) are not retained; we keep only a brief per-scan summary (account ID and name plus aggregate totals) for follow-up. The OAuth authorization from a free scan is used once to pull your report and then discarded, and is never written to disk. For subscribers, ongoing campaign data is stored in Google BigQuery with strict access controls. All data transmission between our servers and Google's APIs occurs over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Any stored credentials are kept with restricted file permissions on our servers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your Google Ads performance data for as long as you are an active subscriber. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Google Ads API — to access and manage your ad campaigns
- Google BigQuery — to store and analyze campaign data
- Google Looker Studio — to generate your performance dashboards
We do not use any third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics services on our platform.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke API access to your Google Ads account at any time
- Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
